What is it?

  • A technocrat is someone who aims to arrive at innovative or creative solutions for the problems that arises in a particular field. They are individuals with technical training and occupations who perceive many important problems as being solvable with the applied use of technology and related applications.
  • If you are someone who thinks out of the box, a problem solver or who has creative and innovative thoughts, then this is the place. Participate in TECHNOCRAT, show your inventive skills and win exciting prizes.

    • Round 1

      Preliminary round will be conducted before the event.

      Three case studies will be given in common through mail after registration.

      A team has to choose one of the given problems and has to submit an innovative solution through mail within two days, by means of a poster (soft copy of A3 size).


      The answers should be sent only in the form of poster (soft copy of A3 size).

      Template for the presentation will be given along with the problem statement.

    • Round 2

      Shortlisted teams will be selected for the final round.

      Each team should present their innovative or creative idea via PPT.


      The presentation should be restricted to 5 minutes. For the next 2 minutes, the participants will be questioned by the jury.

      Participants can either be an individual or a team consisting of a maximum of three members.

      Plagiarism will not be tolerated.

      The zoom meet link for the final round will be shared with the shortlisted teams via mail.

      The evaluating and deciding authority will be the jury.

    General Rules

  • The meeting link for the registered events - if any, will be sent to the registered email ID and will also be available in the participant's dashboard.
  • Login for various events must be done only using the registered e-mail ID. Else, entry will be denied.
  • For any sort of online test platform, ONLY Yuktaha ID must be used as name/nickname. Else, the participant will be disqualified.
  • Only individual participation is allowed for the events.
  • Judge’s decision is final for all events and may not be subject to any discussions or correspondence.
  • Events will be conducted only during the specified timings in the event rules. Late entries will not be accepted under any circumstances.
